Meggy Wilm Upgrades to WAZER Pro: Revolutionizing Stained Glass Art with Precision and Speed
By WAZER Team

Meggy Wilm, owner of Colorado Glass Works, has taken her stained glass artistry to the next level with the WAZER Pro waterjet. As an expert stained glass artist and instructor, Meggy regularly creates custom glass pieces and teaches others the craft at her studio. In November 2021, she started using the WAZER Desktop waterjet, which allowed her to cut glass pieces with precision but still required hours of cutting to prepare for her classes.

Now Meggy has upgraded to the WAZER Pro waterjet. WAZER Pro cuts glass four times faster than the Desktop model and uses only a quarter of the abrasive, making her class preparation significantly easier. Now, with the upgraded machine, Meggy can cut glass pieces like the hexagonal shapes for her popular Date-Night stained glass classes in a fraction of the time.

This upgrade has allowed Meggy to focus more on the creative aspects of her work and her teaching. In her Date-Night classes, participants leave with a beautiful honeycomb stained glass suncatcher. Thanks to the WAZER Pro, Meggy pre-cuts the hexagonal glass pieces, so students can concentrate on learning the delicate foiling and soldering techniques.

Meggy, one of the first stained glass artists to receive the WAZER Pro, recently posted her first video featuring the new machine in action. You can watch it here or check it out on her Instagram.

WAZER Pro is already hard at work in her studio, revolutionizing her process and making stained glass more accessible to her students and clients alike.
