If a product is defective, we fix the issue in accordance with our Warranty Policy in our Terms of Service.
WAZER only offers refunds on orders prior to shipment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, but could take longer as they are handled by our payment processor. WAZER is not liable for any delays that incur during this process.
